Return Shipping
Customers do not pay for return shipping costs only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please request a return for the original product and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
