Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Seriously Scented is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will assist customers in resolving any shipping-related issues when possible.
